The mission Shanghaied is one of the last missions in Watch Dogs 2. To start it, head back to the Hackerspace and speak with Josh.

INVESTIGATE THE SHIPPING CONTAINER

Your first objective is simple. Drive to the docks and investigate a shipping container. When you arrive, take control of the dock crane.

Use the crane to lift the shipping crate that is in front of the one you need access to. It doesn't matter where you drop it, so just move it a few feet away. Open the shipping crate to trigger a cutscene then after flee from the area to complete this part of the mission.

FIND THE DOCUMENTS IN THE SAFE

The next objective is to meet an informant. When you do, you'll learn about a gang hideout nearby that has a safe and some valuable documents in it.

Of course, the hard part is reaching them. If you're the kind of player who goes in loud, make sure to bring a powerful weapon. Several of the enemies here have body armor, making them quite tough.

However, this is doable quietly as well. Three enemies patrol outside. There are a few objects you can interact with out here, so do so to stun them, and then take out the remaining enemies via distractions and silenced takedowns.

Once you've taken out the people outside, you'll need to deal with a few people indoors. These guys can be harder to deal with due to the close proximity of everyone. If you have the Mass Comms Disruption ability, it will be quite handy here. You can also try making some noise downstairs to lure them down. This can be done with an explosion and will sometimes happen accidentally during the process of killing the enemies on the first floor.

After everyone is dead, flee the area to complete this part of the mission.

HACK INTO THE BARGE

The next part of the mission has you driving out to a lighthouse. Once you reach it, climb up top and activate the point to begin hacking.

This will jump your view up into a satellite. Hop between different satellites until you find the barge, then hack into it to continue.

Once in the barge, turn on the hacker vision and jump between cameras until you are able to get the Access Keys. Once you have those, stay on this camera. Look in the distance and you'll see the golden terminal that is your objective. There is no normal camera looking at it, but if you're patient, you'll see a moving camera. This is because a person has a camera on their belt. Once this person comes in range, hack their camera then ride along with them until they reach a point where you can hack into the terminal.

With that completed, you now need to search between cameras until you find another hackable device. This time you'll gain control of a small drone. Although this room seems closed off, there is a hidden path. Along the one side of the room, you'll find stuff stacked in such a way that you can jump and roll along it.

Roll along this path then hack into the computer you find at the end. Now head back to the room where you started with the drone, and hack the camera in the next room over. This will allow you to hack into the objective console and complete this part of the mission.

STEAL THE MAIN SERVER TOWER

The next part of the mission has you driving to a dock, speaking with an informant and then hopping into a boat. Drive out to the large barge and find a spot to climb onboard.

This part of the mission can be handled several ways. As always, loud is possible. There is a finite amount of enemies here, so with enough patience and firepower, you can take them down.

Stealth is also quite viable. Most enemies are spread apart, so you can sneak up behind them while distracting others for quick kills.

Whatever method you use, the key to both is patience and awareness. Make sure to scope out areas as much as possible, so you can tag enemies and know where they are and where they're heading. The more information you get, the easier things will be.

Once you've cleared out most of the enemies, head to the top of the barge to hack into the server. After that, head down several levels to find a forklift. Control it, and drive it to the platform elevator.

Once you've parked the forklift on the elevator, activate the console to rise it up. Go up top, interact with it again and a cutscene will trigger and the mission will end!
