The mission Limp Nudle will pop up as you get later into the game of Watch Dogs 2. It begins with you having to speak with Ray back at the Hackerspace.

Take the Nudle Bus with Horatio

After the cutscene in the Hackerspace, you'll need to go meet Horatio. Pick him up at a nearby clothing store, then drive to the bus depot. Here, you need to steal a bus. You should have virtually no resistance stealing the bus, and if someone does happen to approach you, simply melee or taser them.

Now that you have the bus, you'll be required to drive around, picking up passengers. This part isn't too difficult, but try not to do anything to crazy with the bus. Killing people or blowing it up is obviously going to result in a mission failure.

Eventually, you'll arrive at the end of the route and a cutscene will play. Walk with Horatio into the Nudle building until another cutscene triggers.

Install a Backdoor into Nudle

After the cutscene, you'll regain control of Marcus. Immediately turn around and go up the stairs. Once at the top, look up to see a grey vent. There is an opening on one side, so pop it open, then get your drone out.

Once inside the vent, head right then look left for another opening. Pop it open, then look down for the computer. You can hack it from the vent and gain the Access Keys.

Once you have the access keys, leave this building and head over to the other one with the objective in it. The area you need to get to is a guarded zone, so you'll have to take out the guards first. There is an environmental trap on the ground that can easily take out one. Then, while the others are distracted, run around and taser everyone, including any civilians that might be in here.

Once the coast is clear, quickly go up onto the platform and hack into the security panel. This will let you go through the door on the bottom floor. Be careful! There is a security camera on the other side of the door! Make sure to wait for a gap in the coverage before slipping through.

Climb the stairs to the top floor and take out any guards that might be in the immediate area. You'll notice the door here has a security panel locking it. Trace the red line back to the room it originates from. Don't bother trying to walk inside, instead go to a floor vent and drive the Jumper inside.

There is a robot patrolling inside, but simply wait for him to move by the console before activating it. Once done, head for the door and go into the back room. Hop on the top of the elevator and activate it to ride it down.

Once at the bottom, a conversation will trigger that switches your view. Now you're watching Horatio get chewed out by a boss. Your goal during this section is to hack the things in the room. The three things are:

• Hack the speaker by the TV.
• Hack the phone on the table.
• Hack the toy robot sitting on a shelf beside the door.

After completing that, Horatio's boss will storm out. Horatio will get up a hold a sign up to the camera. Switch to that camera, then back to the one by the TV. Interact with the light switch to give Horatio the signal that you're watching. He will then write down something else so take a look at it. Once you do, he will quickly scribble it out as his boss returns.

After this, you'll need to wait the rest out until you regain control of Marcus. Unlock the door, and head into the server room. You will have to complete a hacking minigame before you can open any of the doors. This is one of the easiest ones in the game, so you'll breeze through it.

Once the doors are all unlocked, you will need to hack into every computer possible until you find the correct one. Once you do, another cutscene will play out.

Once done, you need to leave the building. There is an exit nearby that leads into an old drain pipe. Activate the console to drain the water, then climb through the pipe, then up and out of it to exit the area.

Once free, simply head over and talk with Horatio to complete the entire mission!
